Zucchini Fish Sticks

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg  Searay Fried Fish Block, cut into strips/sticks
  • 1  zucchini, peeled and cut into strips/sticks
  • 30 g carrot, peeled and cut into strips/sticks
  • 5 chinese mushrooms, soaked and cut into strips
  • 1 pkg vermicelli, soaked
  • 8 g ginger, peeled and cut into thin strips
  • 1 stk green onion, washed and cut into thin strips

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Recipe
  • Heat 3 tbsp oil to pan fry ginger and fish sticks
  • Add zucchini, mushrooms and seasoning
  • Mix well
  • Add half cup water and cook for 3 minutes
  • Add vermicelli and carrots, cook for 2 minutes
  • Add green onion and toss
  • Serves 3

  • 1 個  靚節瓜,去皮切粗條
  • 30 克  甘荀,去皮切粗條
  • 5 隻  冬菇,浸軟切條
  • 1 札  粉絲,浸透
  • 8 克  羗,去皮切條
  • 1 棵  葱,洗凈切段
醃料                    
  • 1 茶匙  鹽
  • 1 茶匙  
海威魚條炆節瓜
  1. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 爆香羗, 炒魚條
  2. 繼加入節瓜,冬菇, 炒勻, 落調味品, 半杯水,煮3分鐘
  3. 再加入粉絲及甘荀, 煮2分鐘
  4. 最後加入葱段, 兜勻
  5. 上碟供食。
