Tilapia and Turnip

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Searay Tilapia
  • white turnip, cut into bite size pieces
  • 10 slices carrot
  • 1 stk green onion, sectioned
  • 20 g ginger, sliced
Sauce
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp sugar

Recipe
  • Thaw Tilapia, blot dry
  • Marinate with 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, sauté ginger and fry fish until golden
  • Add white turnip, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 cup water; cook for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in carrot and cook for 3 minutes. Add sauce and bring to boil.
  • Garnish with green onion
  • Plate up and serve.

  • 1包    海威鰂魚 
  • 1個     白蘿蔔 ,切塊
  • 10片     紅蘿蔔
  • 1棵  蔥,切段
  • 20克   羌,切片
芡汁
  • 1茶匙    蠔油
  • 1茶匙    麻油
  • 1茶匙 
  • 1½茶匙   粟粉
鰂魚煮蘿蔔
  1. 鰂魚觧冰, 洗淨吸乾水
  2. 用胡椒粉及鹽各1/2茶匙塗勻魚身
  3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香羌片, 煎魚片刻
  4. 加入白蘿蔔, 1茶匙鹽, 半杯水, 煮10分鐘
  5. 加入紅蘿蔔, 再煮3分鐘, 埋芡, 煮滾
  6. 加入蔥段
  7. 上碟供食。
