Sushi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Searay Imitation Crab Sticks, Diced
  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • beaten egg
  • ¼ cup cooked shrimp meat
  • 3 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp shredded seaweed
  • 1 tbsp dry shredded meat jerky
  • 1 tbsp fish roe
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp sushi vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ salt

Recipe
  • Add water to sushi rice and cook until done
  • Stir in seasoning
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry egg, set aside
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok and stir fry shrimp and crab stick
  • Add cooked rice and egg, stir fry well
  • Add green onion and plate up
  • Garnish with seaweed, meat jerky, fish roe and sesame seed
  • serves 2

  • 1 量杯   壽司米
  • 1 只   雞蛋 , 打散
  • ¼ 量杯   熟蝦仁
  • 3 量杯   葱粒
  • 1 湯匙   紫菜絲
  • 1 湯匙  肉鬆
  • 1 湯匙 魚子
  • 1 湯匙 芝麻
壽司炒飯
  1. 壽司米加水煮成飯,加入調味品,拌勻。
  2. 熱鑊落油1湯匙,炒熟雞蛋。
  3. 熱鑊落油2湯匙,炒熟蝦仁, 加入蟹柳
  4. 再加入有味飯,熟雞蛋,炒勻,
  5. 最後加入蔥粒, 兜勻上碟
  6. 灑上紫菜, 肉鬆, 魚子, 芝麻, 上桌供食。
