Steamed Parrot Fish

Ingredients

  • 1  Searay Parrot Fish
  • 1 bundle  green onion
  • 5 slice ginger
  • 2 tbsp shredded ginger
  • 2 tbsp green onion

Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp boiling oil

Recipe
  • Thaw fish, clean and pat dry
  • Place the 1 stalk of green onion on a long plate
  • Place the parrot fish on top
  • Stuff the fish with another stalk of green onion and 3 slices of ginger
  • Boil water in a large wok
  • Steam the fish in the large wok for 10 minutes
  • Add sweetened soy sauce
  • Add boiling oil
  • Serves 3

  • 1 條  海威去肚青衣
  • 1 扎  青葱
  • 5 片 
  • 2 湯匙  薑絲
  • 2 湯匙  葱絲
醃料                    
  • 3 湯匙   滾油
  • 2 湯匙    生抽 加入 糖 1茶匙           
清蒸青衣
  1. 靑衣觧冰,去鱗洗凈, 吸乾.
  2. 放一棵葱在長碟上, 將青衣放在葱上
  3. 再將一棵葱及3片羌塞入魚肚內,
  4. 置滾水鍋中, 蒸約10分鐘
  5. 淋以生抽, 再灒以滾油
  6. 上桌供食
