Small Yellow Croaker and Pickled Vegetables

  • 1 pkg  Searay Small Yellow Croaker
  • 50 g  pickled vegetables, diced
  • 50 g edamame peas
  • 2 tbsp shredded ginger
  • 1 red chilli pepper, diced
  • 1 stk green onion, diced

Seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Recipe
  • Thaw fish, gut and rinse then blot dry
  • Smear a small amount of salt on the fish
  • Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a wok, stir fry the ginger
  • Add fish and fry for a while
  • Add pickled vegetable and seasoning
  • Add edamame peas and a quarter cup of water
  • Serves 2

  • 50 克  雪菜, 浸片刻, 切粒
  • 50 克  毛豆仁
  • 2 湯匙  羌切絲
  • 1 隻  紅辣椒, 切碎
  • 1 棵  葱, 切粒
調味
  • ½ 茶匙  鹽
  • 1 茶匙  
雪菜煮小黄魚
  1. 劏好魚, 洗凈, 抹乾, 塗小許鹽在魚身上。
  2. 熱鑊落油2湯匙, 爆香羗絲, 煎小黃花魚片刻
  3. 加入雪菜及調味品, 煮片刻,
  4. 加入毛豆仁及1/4量杯水, 煮2分鐘
  5. 最後加入紅辣椒及葱
  6. 上碟供食。
