INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Rex Sole
  • 2 tbsp oil olive sauce
  • 2 tbsp shredded ginger
  • 3 tbsp shredded green onion
  • 2 stk green onion

SEASONING

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Thaw rex sole, clean fish, blot dry
  2. Lay 2 stk green onion on a long dish
  3. Place fish on green onion
  4. Spread oil olive sauce over fish
  5. Steam for 6 minutes lay shredded ginger & shredded green onion on fish
  6. Spread soy sauce and sugar on fish
  7. Cook oil until boiling and pour over fish
  8. Serve immediately

油杬菜蒸龍脷魚

  1. 龍脷魚觧冰,去肚去鱗,用巾吸乾
  2. 鋪2棵葱在長碟中, 放龍脷魚在葱上
  3. 將油杬豉塗勻魚身, 蒸6分鐘
  4. 鋪上羌絲,葱絲, 淋上生抽及糖
  5. 煮滾生油, 灒在魚上
  6. 上桌供食
