  • 1 pack Searay Small Yellow Croaker
  • 1 little salt & potato starch
  • 1 stk shredded green onion

Recipe
  • Thaw fish, gut and descale.
  • Rinse and then blot dry
  • Coat with potato starch and salt
  • Pan-fry until cooked
  • Serves with shredded green onion and soy sauce

  • 1 盒  海威野生小黄花魚
  • 少許  鹽及生粉
  • 1 棵  葱, 切絲
乾煎小黄花魚
  1. 將魚解冰去鱗, 去腸臟, 洗凈, 吸乾水份
  2. 用少許鹽及生粉塗勻魚身
  3. 熱鑊落油煎魚至金黄色熟透上碟
  4. 加入蔥絲及少許豉油
  5. 上碟供食
