  • 1 pkg Searay silverfish
  • large eggs
  • 1 stk green onion, chopped
  • 1 stk parsley, chopped
Fish Seasoning
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
Egg Seasoning
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp oil

Recipe
  • Thaw silverfish, blot dry
  • Marinate with seasoning.
  • Break eggs, add seasoning.
  • Add 3 tbsp oil into heated wok
  • Fry silverfish to 80% done
  • Add to egg.
  • Heat wok again, add oil
  • Fry egg mixture
  • Garnish with parsley and green onion
  • Serves 2

  • 2 只  大雞蛋
  • 1 棵  葱, 切碎
  • 1 棵  芫茜, 切碎

白飯魚調味

  • ¼ 茶匙  胡椒粉
  • ½ 茶匙  
  • ½ 茶匙  

雞蛋調味

  • 1 茶匙  麻油
  • 1 茶匙  生抽
食譜
  1. 將白飯魚解冰, 吸乾, 加入調味品, 拌勻。
  2. 打散雞蛋, 加入調味品, 拌勻。
  3. 熱鑊落油3湯匙, 煎白飯魚至八成熟
  4. 加入蛋中, 拌勻。
  5. 再熱鑊落油少許, 將魚和蛋煎成餅狀
  6. 即可上碟, 放上芫茜供食。
