Lobster Ball with Vegetable

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Searay lobster ball
  • 200g broccoli,
  • 200g cauliflower
  • 5 pc carrot
  • 1 stk green onion
  • 6 pc ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp water
  • splash of cooking wine
Seasoning
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ½ cup broth of your choice

Recipe

Place vegetables in boiling water for 2 minutes then drain
Cut diagonal lines (X) on the lobster balls for a decorative effect
Place in boiling water for 3 minutes and drain
Pan fry the brocolli and cauliflower with cooking oil and a pinch of sugar until softened
Set aside
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil and fry the garlic until golden
Pan fry the carrot with a splash of wine
Add broth of your choice
Sir well until slightly softened
Add lobster balls to the mixture, fry until heated through
Mix in corn starch and 2tbsp water to thicken the sauce
Toss with chopped green onion
Plate up with brocolli and cauliflower

  • 5片  甘荀, 拖水
  • 1棵  蔥,切段
  • 2湯匙   羌
  • 6片  蒜茸
  • 少許 

調味

  • 2/3  茶匙  鹽
  • 1茶匙  糖
  • ½茶匙   麻油
  • 2茶匙   粟粉
  • ½量杯  上湯
食譜
  1. 將龍蝦丸井字花紋
  2. 放入滾水鍋中, 拖水,撈起
  3. 再灼雙蔬,加入少許油, 糖, 煮片刻, 撈起待用
  4. 熱鑊落油1湯匙, 爆香羌片
  5. 炒雙蔬,甘荀, 灒酒,
  6. 加入適量上湯, 炒勻上碟
  7. 再熱鑊落油1湯匙, 爆香蒜茸,炒龍蝦丸
  8. 埋芡煮滾, 加入葱段, 兜勻, 舀在雙蔬上
  9. 上桌供食。
