Grilled Loligo Squid with teriyaki sauce

  • 1 pack Searay Loligo Squid
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Recipe
  • Thaw squid, discard the transparent bone inside, rinse and blot dry
  • marinades the squid with teriyaki sauce and ginger paste. let it stand for about an hour or two.
  • Place the squid into the pan with all marinade.
  • Grill the squid for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Turn the other side and grill for about 4-5 minutes as well
  • Continue to grill and turn the squid to get an even color, for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and glaze the squid with more teriyaki sauce, if you like.

  • 1 包  海威野生火箭魷魚
  • 1 湯匙  薑茸
  • ¼ 茶匙  
  •  3 湯匙   日式照燒汁
燒魷魚配日式照燒汁
  1. 魷魚解冰, 丟棄裡面的透明骨頭, 冲水, 瀝乾。
  2. 用日式照燒汁及薑茸醃魷魚, 大約醃1至兩小時左右。
  3. 將魷魚連汁放在焗盆上。
  4. 燒烤魷魚約4-5分鐘
  5. 翻轉另一邊再烤約4-5分鐘
  6. 繼續翻另一邊烤至兩邊同一個顏色,再烤約2-3分鐘
  7. 從盆中取出魷魚, 按個人喜愛,可再塗上一層照燒汁
  8. 上碟供食。
