INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Searay Wild Ponyfish
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • A handful Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp Coconut oil, to fry

INSTRUCTIONS SERVES 2

  1. Cut and clean the fish, keep aside
  2. Combine rest of the ingredients with water to make a thick paste
  3. Marinate the fish in the masala paste for an hour on the counter top
  4. Heat coconut oil in a skillet
  5. Fry the fish on medium heat until the skin turns deep golden brown

香煎油鰂

  1. 把魚清洗乾淨並切件,留著備用
  2. 把所有調味料混合在水中形成稠糊狀
  3. 把醃料均勻地抹在魚身上並放在桌上待一個小時
  4. 燒紅煎鍋並倒入椰子油
  5. 用中火把魚煎至兩面金黃色
