  • 1 pkg  Searay Ribbonfish
  • 3 leaves  lettuce
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Marinade

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp citrus dressing
Recipe
  • Thaw fish, rinse, and blot dry
  • Cut 3 slits on the fish and marinate for 10 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 380°F
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and bake for 16 minutes or until desired wellness
  • Plate fish on top of lettuce
  • Garnish with lemon slices
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice before consuming for best results
  • Serves 2

  • ½   蒜粉
  • ½   糖
  • ½ 匙  胡椒粉
  • 2 茶匙  柑杬油
  • 1 茶匙  生抽
  • 1 茶匙  鹽
香焗牙帶魚
  1. 牙帶魚解冰, 洗淨, 吸乾
  2. 在魚身上界三刀, 用醃料塗勻全魚, 醃10分鐘
  3. 將魚放在焗盆鐵架上, 放進380f熱焗炉內, 焗20分鐘
  4. 反轉魚, 再焗16分鐘至熟透
  5. 將魚置碟中, 伴以生菜, 檸檬片
  6. 進食時楂檸檬汁於魚上, 更添美味
